500g (17.64oz) minced meat (pork and beef).
Black pepper to taste.

3 tbsp flour.

📝For the spicy sauce:
50g (1.76oz) butter.
2 tbsp flour.
2 tbsp tomato paste.
500ml (2 cups) water.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp dried garlic.
1/2 tsp dried onion.
3 bay leaves.

📝Sauce:
4 tbsp sour cream.
Dill.
Salt to taste.
1 clove of garlic.
Salt to taste.
