I saw these Rolls and I said to myself... I have to try them... with that chocolate filling, a touch of condensed milk and a very pretty appearance of little flowers that would seem difficult to get but the truth is quite the opposite so I invite you to come with me to see the recipe.

Ingredientes:
350 gr de Harina de trigo de Fuerza o de todo uso.
80 a 85 gr de Mantequilla sin sal (use 85 gr).
1 Huevo + 1 Yema (65 gr).
70 gr de Leche condensada.
100 a 140 gr de Leche tibia. (1/2 Taza + 2 a 4 Cdas).
5 gr de levadura seca (2 cdtas).
6 gr de Sal (1 cdta).
35 gr de azúcar (3 Cdas).
10 gr de Azúcar vainillada (1 cda) o la ralladura de 1 Naranja.
Relleno:
120 a 140 gr de Chispas o trocitos de chocolate (con leche o semi-amargo).


Ingredients:
350 gr of Strength or all-purpose wheat flour.
80 to 85 g of unsalted butter (use 85 g).
1 Egg + 1 Yolk (65 gr).
70 gr of condensed milk.
100 to 140 gr of warm milk. (1/2 Cup + 2 to 4 Tbsp).
5 g of dry yeast (2 tsp).
6 gr of Salt (1 tsp).
35 g of sugar (3 Tbsp).
10 gr of vanilla sugar (1 tbsp) or the zest of 1 Orange.
Stuffed:
120 to 140 g of chocolate chips or pieces (milk or semi-sweet).
