Turkish COOKIES 🍪, at least that was the name I saw in the bakery where I bought some very similar ones and how they put the ingredients and the name on the counter and I loved them so I decided to try, make them at home and share the result with you, a little tanned but Here's the easy and delicious RECIPE...

🍪Ingredientes (16 Pzas):
350 gr Harina de todo uso (2 3/4 Taza).
130 a 140 gr de Mantequilla sin sal.
65 gr de Azúcar (7 Cdas).
10 gr de Azucar vainillada o 10 gr mas de azucar (1 Cda).
145 a 175 ml de Agua (1/2 Taza + 2 a 4 Cdas).
5 gr Levadura seca (2 1/4 cdta).
5 gr de Sal ( 1 cdta).
Relleno:
220 gr de Mermelada.
1 Cda (10 gr) Maicena.
2 Cdas Agua fria.
🍪Ingredients (16 Pcs):
350 gr All-purpose flour (2 3/4 Cup).
130 to 140 gr of unsalted butter.
65 gr of Sugar (7 Tbsp).
10 g of vanilla sugar or 10 g more sugar (1 tbsp).
145 to 175 ml of Water (1/2 Cup + 2 to 4 Tbsp).
5 gr dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp).
5 gr of Salt (1 tsp).
Stuffed:
220 gr of Jam.
1 Tbsp (10 gr) Cornstarch.
2 Tbsp cold water.
⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. Remember to add the water little by little, your dough should not be sticky. It is a hard but manageable dough.
2. I use all-purpose wheat flour or common flour with 10 g of Protein.
