Grandma's secret for preparing tender meat. I cook chicken gizzards to make a delicious, memorable dinner for my husband. My husband loves this recipe! The meat is tender. Real jam!

Recipe and ingredients:
1 kg chicken stomach
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Wipe well with soda and add water
Leave on for 40 minutes
Heat olive oil
Cut 1 onion into half rings 🧅
Chop 3-4 cloves of garlic 🧄
Fry onion and garlic until golden brown
Cut cherry tomatoes into half rings
Slice 2 peppers 🫑
salt, pepper and add paprika🧂

Cover with a lid and simmer until done
Rinse chicken stomachs
Cut the chicken navels as in the video
Heat the olive oil and add a piece of butter 🧈
Send the navels to the pan to fry
Add 1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper🌶️

Add stewed vegetables and mix thoroughly
Cover and simmer for another 20-25 minutes 🥘

Chop 1/2 head of young cabbage

Grate cucumber into a bowl with cabbage 🥒
Chop spring onions
Chop parsley
Add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 🍏
Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil
Mix well.
It's incredibly delicious, try it, you won't regret it!
Can be eaten for lunch and dinner.
