Gabby flies to the nest first and Beau follows her. They don't really do much nest work but if you watch them closely they both have their eyes on one another. Then it is Beau who will make a soft whining sound at 01:53 and then another very short one before flying to LOP. Interesting dynamic playing out here on the nest. Gabby will drop back down to the nest and the cam op will zoom in on Beau's feet from cam 1 at 05:26- they look really good no injuries! Beau drops back down the nest and he tries to help Gabby move a stick and she gives him a little beakie to let him know she has it. Then Beau will go up Sunset branch, Gabby stays on the nest. Beau will fly off towards the LY and Gabby flies off after him.

As I mentioned in my previous video, now we watch and observe what the eagles will do. Yesterday (Oct 1st) was the official start of the FL nesting season so we are only in the opening minutes of this season! But I think we all can feel a collective sigh of relief that Beau showed back up and is just fine! I think we all want Gabby to have a calm stressful season and be in a bonded couple and not be going back and forth between male eagles. Whether that is with Beau or 24E1 - it will ultimately be her choice with the male that remains at the nest. Thank you for watching!
