The home review visit can be the most interesting of all as you get to see the working property and how the clients use it. This is a quick visit to the Chelsea house to see how they've settled in and to take note of what else needs to be done. A home review visit can take many forms and can stretch over a few visits, depending on the client's availability - the best time for a home review therefore, is a few months after the clients have moved in.
