Today we are onsite with the builders to witness some chimney breast removal. This is an important job that can take time whether you complete this by hand or by machine. We're doing this by hand. Which means a hammer and chisel to get the bricks out of there.
So we look at the chimney breasts in the upper bedrooms and see the new steel beams that have gone in to support the walls.
Also today we see a skip arriving and witness the builders piling the rubble into it to beat the deadline of one hour! Very amusing.

Luckily the clients missed that - but they were onsite earlier to see the progress made so far. Happy to say that it's all good!
