In this video I talk about how I use a daily weigh-in as a tool to help me assess my progress.

I also talk about my current goal to have a daily walk and reach 9K steps each day as my step goal. Even if I can't do a daily walk everyday, I do as much as I can. Even if I can't reach 9K steps a day I hope to at least average 9K steps for the month of August.

I give a quick summary of my daily step goal each month of this year.

I also talk about how trying = winning.
