The one big thing that I did forget to mention in this video which I will talk about in upcoming videos is how I am weaning myself off of sugar / desserts. I currently allow myself a sugary dessert twice a week. I'm realizing how much sugar messes with my insulin which contributes to my health problems so that is why I am weaning down.
