Focaccia… sandwich… rolls… I don’t know what to call it but for me it’s a FOCACCIA SANDWICH! 😉
I love filling focaccia like this to eat cold!
This time I made it already portioned, like rolls, everyone separates their own without cutting anything!
Practical for a buffet or an anniversary!

But also to take to school, Back to school!

It’s a dough that can really be prepared WITHOUT EFFORT! It’s simply mixed with a ladle and for a very short time!
All you need is a little patience during the resting times!
This dough is excellent for 1000 PREPARATIONS focaccia, pizza, bread, calzones, Panzerotti… In short, easy and versatile!
Being full of air it will be soft inside and VERY CRISPY outside, as you will hear in the video!
It seems like magic, but it is really easy to prepare without stress and without getting your hands dirty, if you want, I couldn't resist and I used them! 😅

⏱️ 1st Step of growth for 1 hour

2nd Step of growth in the pan for about 2 hours (or until it doubles)

🌡️ In the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200° Static 195° Fan-assisted

📝 Ingredients:
500 g Flour 0
6 g Dry brewer's yeast (15 -20 g fresh)
350 g Water (slightly warm)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon (abundant) Salt
1 tablespoon Oil

Mayonnaise
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Cooked ham
Olives
Oregano
