Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you guys how to make this Hakka Style Steamed Pork belly with Black Bean客家蒸豬肉砵，this Hakka cuisine is savory, fragrant and fat but super tasty, soft, and delicious. Dishes with pork belly are one of the most representational dishes of the cuisine. The story behind this dish is that back in the old days, the bride moved to their husband’s village and lived with their family after marriage, thus getting married is comparable to modern emigration. The bride might only return to their natal family once a year. Therefore, Hakka women would steam a pork pot and bring it to their parents’ home during their visit over Chinese New Year. This dish is so flavorful and delicious that I can eat 2 big bowls of rice 🍚😄 I hope you guys enjoy it 😋

Ingredients
2.5 lbs pork belly
Salt 1 tsp
Mei Keri Lu cooking wine 2 Tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Dried tangerine peel 1 pieces
Garlic 60g
Salted black beans 70g
Rock sugar 30g
