Hello everyone 😊, since Mid- Autumn Festival is almost here, therefore today I want to show you guys how to make this Longan Osmanthus Jelly Mooncake 龍眼桂花果凍月餅. It’s very easy to make and it tastes so good and refreshing. I hope you guys enjoy it 😋

Ingredients
Osmanthus flower 3g
Rock sugar 100g
Longans 1 can
Gelatin powder 35g
Goji berry 25g
Water 700g
2 moon cake molds
Each mooncake mold measurement:
3” in diameter and 1.5” tall

桂花3克
冰糖100克
龍眼一罐
吉利丁粉35克
杞子25克
清水 700克
月餅模具2個
每個月餅模具尺寸：
直徑 3 英寸，高 1.5 英寸
