Is this the best pie ever - I would say so yes! There is a flavour sensation from the chicken balti, due to the many spices used. The chicken remains moist and soaks up the flavour. The peppers add sweetness and texture. And topped off with a light puff pastry lid, totally delicious. If you never make another pie, you should definitely try this one.
