Hello folks!
A very warm welcome back to What’s For Tea :) Tonight I made this tasty creamy chicken pie…it was delicious and very easy to make too!
Everything I used will be mentioned below incase you want to make it for yourself. Thanks for stopping by,

Serves 4 (I used an 18cm tin)
2-3 Chicken breasts (poached then sliced)
150g/2 cups Sliced button Mushrooms
1 Heaped Tablespoon creme fraiche or 200ml (I cup) double/heavy cream
1 Heaped Tablespoon Plain/all purpose flour
300ml/1.2 cups Chicken stock
1 Heaped teaspoon English mustard
Two knobs of butter
A little olive oil for frying
1 Teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 Teaspoon dried thyme or the leaves of 1 sprig of fresh thyme
The yolk of 1 egg
Ready made puff pasty sheet (I a used 370g/10oz sheet)
