Ingredients:
All Purpose flour-300 Grams Or 2 Cups
Sugar-1/2 Tsp
Salt-1/4 Tsp
Baking Soda-2 Tsp
Room temperature butter-1 Tsp
Room temperature water-1/2 + 1/3 Cup Or 180 ML
Knead the dough for 10 minutes
Oil-1 Tsp
Cover & let it rise for 2 to 2 1/2 Hours
Meat Masala Powder:
Cardamom-2
Cloves-4
Cinnamon-7 (small pieces)
Fennel seeds-1/4 Tsp
Mace-1
Dry roast for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat
Filling:
Oil-2 Tbsp Or 30 ML
Shallots-25 Or 100 Grams
Small Green chili-10
Garlic Cloves-2
Ginger-1 Gram
Curry leaves sprigs-2
Scallion/Spring onion-10 Grams
Mutton-200 Grams
Salt-1 Tsp
Large potato-1 Or 300 Grams
Jaffna Curry powder-1 Tbsp
Water-2 Tbsp Or 30 ML
Lime/Lemon to your taste
