Ingredients:
All purpose flour-250 Grams Or 1 Cup + 1/3 Cup
Salt-1/2 Tsp
Baking Powder-1/2 Tbsp
Butter-1 Tbsp Or 15 Grams
Room temperature milk-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML
Water-15 ML Or 1 Tbsp
Knead the dough for 7 minutes
Let the Dough rise for 45 minutes to 1 hours

Filling:
Oil-1 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 Tsp
Fennel Seed-1/2 Tsp
Medium onion-1/2
Green Chili-5
Curry leaves sprigs-1
Soy meat-1/2 Cup Or 55 Grams
Potatoes-125 Grams Or 1 Cup
Carrots-65 Grams Or 1/2 Cup
Cabbage-85 Grams Or 1/2 Cup
Leeks-30 Grams or 1/2 Cup
Salt-1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 Tsp
Jaffna Curry Powder-1 Tsp
Water-3 Tbsp Or 45 ML
Lime/Lemon-1/2
Oil for deep frying
