Smoked Texas Twinkies are similar to Jalapeño Poppers except they have BRISKET with the cream cheese inside and the jalapeños are kept whole. These Texas Twinkies are then wrapped in bacon and put on the smoker till the bacon is done to your liking. I cannot express how good these are - ENJOY!
