NPS Tier 2 Account can be opened in addition to Tier 1. NPS Tax Saver scheme was introduced as a new scheme to save tax in 2020 under Section 80C. This new NPS scheme aimed at providing Tax Benefit against the investments made in Tier 2 account of NPS Scheme. But the question is that whether or not one should invest in the same and what's the difference between NPS Tier 1 vs Tier 2 Investment?
