✨Gentle backbends for tension release in this yin yoga practice.

Hello everyone! Backbends have the ability to not only strengthen your back but realign your spine as well, so I've created this practice to help you do just that. All you will need for this yin yoga sequence are 2 yoga blocks but feel free to bring into the mix any additional props that would make your practice more enjoyable. Be sure to ease out of any poses that you find painful and modify as often as needed.
