Good morning! Welcome to this 30 minute yin yoga class with a bolster ❤️

Practicing yin yoga in the morning is so wonderful because we can effectively target the connective tissue, ligaments, and fascia (ie. they are "colder" this time of day). It also helps to set the foundation of moving more mindfully through the rest of your day.
