Hello, today I made a really delicious Basque Cheesecake
Today's preparation: 400g cream cheese, 90g sugar, 200ml fresh cream, 20g cake flour, 3 eggs
*Each material stored at room temperature for 1 hour in advance
-The most important point is to loosen cream cheese gently!
-Add sugar and stir well
-Put 3 eggs separately and loosen them
-Add fresh cream and stir well
-Please treat the cake flour
-Stir it by attaching it to the wall and bottom so that there are no air bubbles when mixing with a whipper.
-Sift the finished dough and pour it into the mold.
-F Preheat at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then add cheesecake (preheating is important!)
-Bake it at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
-Bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees when baking in the oven
(There are time and temperature differences for each model)
-Cool it down at room temperature and keep it in the refrigerator!
