INGREDIENTS/REQUIREMENTS

Ranch
120 gr of mayonnaise
Half a glass of kefir
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt/blackpepper

Caesar
3 cloves of garlic
2 anchovies
2 egg yolks
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp mustard
As much oil as possible
Salt/pepper
2 tbsp of grated Parmesan
Water (to lighten the consistency and color of the sauce)

Balsamic
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tea glass of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
5 leaves of fresh basil
1 teaspoon mustard
1 dessertspoon of honey
Salt/blackpepper
