Ingredients:
3 egg whites
A pinch of salt
150 grams of sugar
200 g coconut flakes
honey

Chocolate cream:
170g softened butter
3 tablespoons nut nougat cream
2 teaspoons of rum

Chocolateglaze
shortbread

160 degrees hot air for about 15 minutes
