===== Ingredients =====

-For dough
All purpose flour 450g
Sugar 2-3 Tbsp or 40 g
Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm water 100 ml
Warm milk 200 ml
Oli 3 Tbsp
(or Unsalted butter 20-30 g)

Filligs
-Custard
1 egg
Milk 200 ml
Sugar 50 g
All purpose flour 2 Tbsp
Corn starch 1 Tbsp
Butter 10 g ( Optional )

-Tuna mayo
1 Canned tuna
Mayo 2-3 Tbsp
Salt & pepper for taste if need

-Chili (Tomato sauce) & cheese
Chili or tomato sauce
Cheese

===== Recipe =====

Warm water, sugar, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Pour warm milk, melted butter & mix well. Put flour, salt into a bowl.
Mix with spatula until all dough come together.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let the dough rise until double in size for about 60 minutes.
Divide the dough 16 pieces & roll it.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Make the dough disc shape & place the filling about 1 Tbsp in middle of dough.
Seam the end & Place the dough into baking pan seam side down.
Give them some egg brush on top.
Let it rise until double in size.
After 50-60 minutes.
Topping (Optional)
Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.


Dipping sauce
Place butter in microwave safe bowl & let butter melt for 60 second.
Add other ingredients & mix well.
Set aside until use.
