Fast Fajita Dinner

1 pound chicken breast sliced – about two large breasts
1 large pepper or two small – can be different colors
1 medium onions sliced
S & P
1 TBSP oil for the frying pan
1 package of Fajita Seasoning

Slice the chicken breasts into strips and fry in the oil in a medium pan. Watch for the chicken to turn white, when the white reaches halfway up the chicken strips turn them over. This should take more than about 3 minutes on the first side and two on the second. Remove the chicken from the pan and add the sliced onions and peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add the chicken back to the pan and sprinkle over the fajita seasoning. Toss to coat and cook for about one minute. Add the mixture to your soft tortilla. You can add anything else you would like to at this time as well. We enjoy salsa and sour cream.
