A tale of 2 coho, both caught in CoosBay near the mouth, both bright chrome fish, a 15# hen on Tuesday, a 9# buck on Thursday. The hen had very small, underdeveloped eggs, firm flesh with a high fat content, but pale color that cooked up white. The buck had the normal deep orange flesh that cooked up light orange. I have heard of "White Kings" but never a "White coho". ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
