This time it's the second half of Ring 3 Street, which is a continuation of the last time.

The area from Edogawa Bridge to Kasuga Street, which was the last part of the previous article, has not yet been developed, and I have no idea how to complete the area inside the residential area...

It is not included in the "Fourth Priority Development Route" designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 2016, and is a low-priority section. However, it seems that they plan to commercialize it by 2025. In preparation for this, geological surveys and rough designs for road structures were carried out last year.

The starting point is from Harimazaka (Kasuga Dori), where only 500 meters have been opened, to Koishikawa Botanical Garden.

The section from Koishikawa Botanical Garden to the intersection with Hongo Dori is an undeveloped section, so enter the unfinished section and run to Kotoi Dori in Uguisudani, then turn onto Mitsume Dori.
