I have heard so much about bitter leaf, it's health benefits and how it turns out tasty when cooked. So I decided to try it as a new delicacy by adding it with Ugu to create a recipe.

Even though I did not make this soup the traditional way , it turned out well. I guess I was filled with so much excitement because my sense of humour was on another level 😆

The recording wasn't too good because I was holding my phone 🤳 with the other hand whilst cooking but I hope you still found it entertaining 🤷

Ingredients for the bitter leaf and ugu soup

Washed Ugu and bitter leaves
Cooked chicken
Chicken stock
Cow leg
Tripe ( Shaki)
Red bell pepper
Scorch bonnet
Onions
Salt to taste
Seasoning cubes
Palm oil
