A 35 minute drive north of Emerald Isle will take you to Morehead City, North Carolina. The positioning of this town presents a lot of unique opportunities for multi-species fishing later in the summer. Unfortunately the timing of this trip wasn't quite right for me to have the same luck with the species, but I gave it a valiant effort!
