Here is part 3 of our Powered Up Series and todays class is 14 minutes. Yes that's right we are adding another 2 minutes onto this series with each class. Still using the same format, we are beginning with weights and then moving onto the rebounding side of things.
I am using a 4kg, 5kg and 6kg dumbbells to challenge myself throughout the class. Remember this is all about working as hard as you can for that short period of time.
