4 Eggs
100g Sugar
120g Plain Flour
30ml Unsalted Butter
30ml Milk
1Tbsp Lemon Zest
1Tbsp Poppy Seed
1Tsp Lemon Extract

Lemon Sugar Syrup(1:1:1 ratio)

Buttercream Ingredients:
500g Unsalted Butter
330g Condensed Milk (add 70g more if you like it sweet)

Lemon Curd Ingredients:
3 Eggs
100g Sugar
15g Cornstarch
80g Lemon Juice
20g Water

50g Unsalted Butter
