We seldom cook fish in this channel and we thought of publishing this popular recipe in the Philippines where you can see in every menu of Filipino families.

This was originally shot in Singapore before we moved to Sydney and reminds us how good the place is.

Ingredients:

1 medium milk fish
1 large tomato
1 small onion
ginger
salt & pepper
