Kibbelinge | Kibbeling | Cod | Fish fillet | With homemade tartar sauce | Fish | Fish fillet.. Kibbelinge Ingredients: 1 kg of fish fillet e.g. cod 500g flour 600ml water 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 2-3 teaspoons of broth 1/2 teaspoon curry 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder 1 1/2 tsp baking powder Remolade Ingredients: 1 onion 3-4 small pickles 1/2 -1 clove of garlic (any) 1 tbsp yogurt or sour cream salt Approx. 3-4 tbsp mayonsise Preparation: Mix the dry ingredients for the dough and gradually add the water and stir well until a homogeneous dough is formed. Set aside and in the meantime make the tartar sauce. Put all ingredients except the mayonnaise in a deep container and puree them finely. Finally stir in the mayonnaise and chill. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces approx. 3x5 cm and add them directly to the batter. Let it steep for approx. 5-10 minutes, then add to the hot fat one at a time. Very important! Only add the fish pieces to the oil one at a time, otherwise the kibble rings will stick to each other and the batter will come off. Fry the Kibbelinge for 6-8 minutes on high until golden brown. For me the stove was from level 1-9 to level 8. When the kibbelings have turned golden brown, take them out and let them drain on kitchen paper. A little tip: if you leave the fish fillet whole, you will have delicious fried fish🤗 Kibbelinge is served with tartar sauce and, if you like, with French fries.
