E, age 53, is a life-long fitness industry participant (trainers, fitness club programming, etc.). She has a problematic lower back history. Her work requires some heavy lifting sometimes, standing on her feet for long periods, and also sitting for long periods.

5 months in, here are some evident improvements in posture (i.e. diminished chronic protruding shoulders and head positioning), and ability to squat much lower and be more athletic without symptoms.
