In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, we travel to Keewaydin Farms in Viola. Once a family dairy farm, Keewaydin has evolved over the years to become what it is today, an organic CSA farm run by Rufus Haucke and Joy Miller. Keewaydin also host’s Driftless Curiosity, which invites guests to explore, interact and learn about the land, with classes like maple syrup making and fly fishing. Host Luke Zahm travels to the farm for a dinner that will highlight all the amazing produce from the land prepared by Chef Kyle from Origin Experiences.
