The Pinch Headlock is a powerful clinch with great takedown options. This video was filmed while co-teaching the Knife Control Concepts course in Nosara, Costa Rica, alongside Mike Cheney and Aaron Jannetti. We taught sections on kickboxing, clinch fighting, ground grappling, and more. This is a summary of the material from one of my sections on the pinch headlock, multiple takedowns and finishes on the ground.
