Butterfly guard has the potential to be the best position to initiate sweeps, and it also a potentially target rich environment for setting up submissions and transitioning to other threatening positions. That's the theme of this video. In this one, I show some options of what we can do from butterfly in order to attack the arms, transition into arm saddle, and attack the legs or take the back from X-Guard, all initiated from butterfly.
