February allotment jobs being completed on The Right Pear Plot Allotment this week.

We have Tricia helping me put in the posts for the Raspberry bed, and getting the measurements correct on our no dig beds.

Meet Mabel 😍🐕 Jarek’s new puppy and the allotment distraction 🤣trying to eat seaweed this week and having his daddy chase him round the plot.

Our chitting potatoes 🥔 were too much in the dark so we have moved them to a brighter place. Tricia cleared the boiler room so we could erect a new shelf unit. This will be a transition seedling station 🥰a squash storage area and the new home for the potatoes.

Sowing has began and my first lettuce seedlings have been transplanted. Along with our marigolds and cosmos. Thanks to Danny’s recommendation, we purchased some shallots and will give them a grow this year. 😁‪@TheGrowUpChannel‬ 👍

The cauliflowers have been sown in line with the lunar calendar along with a second sowing of marigolds and our 3 sweet peppers.
