Chicken Pulao Recipe | Simple and Easy Chicken Pulao |Indian ,how to make chicken pulao

1) Use chicken on the bone for maximum flavour
In a large bowl add
800g Chicken
1 Heap Tsp of salt
3 Tbsp Vinegar
Mix well and leave aside for 30 minutes
2) In a bowl place 300g Basmati Rice of your choice, in cold water wash but thoroughly and rinse and repeat until water is clear, cover with water and leave, leave to one side
Now you have those two items ready we are ready to begin
3) Heat a large pot, then add the following ingredients
80g butter Ghee
1 Large piece of maze
2 small pieces of Cinnamon
4 Black Cardamon
1 heap spoon of Fennel seed
8 Cloves
2 Star anise
Stir for about 30 seconds in the hot ghee then add
170g Sliced Onions
20g Salt
40g Garlic & Ginger paste
Stir and cook for the next 5 Minute on high heat ensuring it doesn’t burn, then turn down to med/low for 10 minute and cover with lid
4) Now wash Chicken and rinse in cold water a 3/4 times or until nice and clean and place in a colander and put aside for few minutes for water to drain then Add Chicken
Stir for the next 10 minutes on high/med continuously for the next 10 minutes, in a kettle boil 650ml water
5) Add
125 Plain Natural Yogurt
20g sultans
140g peas
40g Cashew Nuts (optional)
Prunes (optional)
5g Cumin
4g Coriander
1g Black Pepper
20g Fresh Coriander
6 Whole Green Chilli (Optional)
Stir for a few minutes to incorporate all the spices, now add the rice and
650ml boiling water and put the heat to high and cook until water is the same level as rice then place aluminium foil on top placed the lid and put in a Preheat at 180 for 20 minutes, turn off and leave in oven for another 10 to 15 minutes before serving
