-10 MIN PILATES WORKOUT FOR THE ARMS -
This Pilates Mat Class focuses on upper body strengthening exercises and the best part is you won’t need any equipment for this workout. The key to this upper body workout is to feel your arms toned and engaged even with the “easy” exercises.

This Pilates Workout alternates between different push-up exercises and arm exercises to foster more engagement. Since this is a short and focused class, the arms will feel the Pilates burn!

TIP: You can always do the pushups on your knees, using A chair, or even do a wall pushup. Going for a full range of motion, with the body staying in a plank position is more important than if you stay on your feet in a more traditional push-up position.

If you want to work on arm strength and pushups, this is the perfect Pilates class to incorporate into your weekly routine!

If you enjoy this class, give it a thumbs up and let me know in the comments!
