Full Circle Full Moon Flow -- Guys, we made it!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for practicing with me and taking part!

This last flow is all about coming back home, in full circle, to ourselves. Acknowledge where we are, and meeting ourselves there. We start and end in a gentle meditation connecting to our intention and flow through energy shifting postures to ground us back.

The Full Moon can be a sensitive time for a lot of people - emotionally, mentally, and physically. Especially if you are an empath - the sensitive soul is all the more vulnerable to energies. Take care, my lovelies.

Here are some Full Moon tips and ritual to help you avoid feeling overwhelmed:
1. Go outside and look at the Moon. It's so magic and so full of powerful energy - allow yourself to feed off that if you are feeling low.
2. Have a bath - Light some candles and blanket yourself in the warmth of the water.
3. Meditate - Listen. Give yourself permission to feel and listen to those feelings. Whatever you feel is valid. Meditating during the full moon is powerful for relieving anxiety.
4. Yoga - The Full Moon can create an excess of energy in the body. Movement helps shift that energy.
5. Journal. Write down anything that comes up - emotions, thoughts. And then make a list of anything you want to let go of and burn it. Release it.
6. Listen to music that feeds your soul. Allow the vibrations to feed deep into your body. Turn the sound up and allow the external world to drown away.
