Ingredients:
550g bread flour
300g water
100g dough starter
20g oil
20g sweetener
5g salt
Instructions:
1. put everything together in a bowl and knead well.
2. let it ferment until it doubles in volume.
3. divide the dough into 2 pieces, put them in a bread tin.
4. let it ferment until it doubles in volume.
5. bake at 350F/180C for 30 to 40 minutes.

強力粉 550g

ドウスターター 100g
オイル 20g
甘味料 20g
塩 5g
「作り方」
1、全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、よく捏ねます。
2、二倍に膨らむまで一次発酵させます。
3、生地を2等分し、型に入れます。
4、二倍に膨らむまで二次発酵させます。
5、180℃で30〜40分ほど焼きます。
