This is a 14-minute qigong practice for the kidneys and their corresponding element of water. I filmed it near my home in Oxfordshire at the site of an ancient Roman villa, and wore my new Tibetan wrist muffs that were given to me by the mother of one of the Tibetan Glow Fund volunteers (Glow Fund is our charity we run in China)! It includes a few practices that are also in my new book, Qigong and the Tai Chi Axis: Nourishing Practices for Body, Mind and Spirit.
