This more or less represents the kind of experience you're going to get from this tour. It's going to be a rag-tag, chaotic, but still a groovy & funky tour, with a variety of songs from all types of eras of Michael's, from The Jacksons era songs all the way up until This Is It, with some "friends" coming along away. All in the spirit of MJ, as always! 🖤

Like a lot of my work, the #1 rule with this 'tour' is there are NO RULES! 🚫 It's supposed to just be a fun experience, specifically a throwback experience, nothing more. ✨ So join us, if you're funky enough! 😎🤘🏾 I plan to sporadically release various "performances/rehearsals" from the tour, instead of excessively putting together a full "live album", which would take up too much of my time, more than this already has. I prefer to go with the flow, anyway.

So for now, it's "one performance at a time" until I eventually am able to do the full "live album". This is just a taste of what's to come in the future. On January 14, 2088, Michael Jackson performed live in Yokohama for The Forever World Tour live in Tokyo. One of the songs performed in the concert was his smash hit “Billie Jean”. The backing band is The Rag Tag Band, led by “E. Phillinganes”, with Sheila E. on the timbale/percussion for certain dates of the tour.

It is believed that it was both Michael and E.’s idea to make the ending dance longer, while attempting to not take anything away from what made the original so special. The sound beatbox sample in the beginning of the ending dance is from the original version of “Why You Wanna Trip On Me”.

During rehearsals a day before on the 13th, E. suggested that they add extra horns and synthesizers to the song, as well as let the background singers adlib more during the ending dance. It is unclear whether or not they kept the horns/synthesizers in the song for the remainder of the tour. There is also rehearsal/soundcheck audio circulating on the internet from two days prior to the actual show.
