G氏オーダーのタイヤサイズ27.5 × 1.50のランドナー。その製造過程と完成後の静止画構成です。

G氏は体癖（人それぞれが有する乗り方の癖）が横。左右に体を振りながら漕ぐので、トップチューブのヘッド寄りに大きな力がかかります。基本はカイセイ019Ｅのセットで組みますが、トップチューブのパイプのみ022と厚くし、バテット部分をきちんと配分することで、体壁が横のオーナーの力がきちんと反映されるように作ってあります。

ラグはナベックス。BBシェルは一般的なBBシェルを手間暇かけてナベックス風に改造したもの。ラグも歪な部分等を手直ししてから使います。

フォーククラウンはラグに合わせてデザインを変更。本来の三角穴の空いた髭部分を切り落とし、鉄付け工作で細い髭をあしらっています。

フロントサイドバッグ用のキャリアは輪行を考えて分割式の設計。ネジで繋ぎ合わせるので、フォーク周りも硬くなり過ぎません。いつも通り、使用するバッグと合わせた専用設計のキャリアです。

他には新しいデザインのフロントバッグサポーターや、将来リアキャリアを設置した時に、使い勝手が良くなるよう幅を広く作ったマファックブレーキ用固定ネジや、ブレーキのバネ力の調整光景、サドルを後ろに引く為のシートポストの加工などをご紹介しています。
