2017年ハンドメイドバイシクル展に出展されたオーダー車です。手製の前3段、後8段プルプル変速が作動している様子を動画で。ディテール部等は静止画でご紹介しています。

以下、このランドナーならではの試みの一部です。

フロントキャリアの両脇に設置されたライトホルダーは着脱式で、設置するライトの重さに合わせ、左右でパイプの太さ等を変えてあります。ホルダーを固定するネジは半埋め込み式。
フロント変速機の羽はステンレス製です。前三段のうち、アウターとミドルのギア間隔を狭め、幅の細いチェーンが落ちないよう工作しています。
チェーンホイールを固定するネジも削り出しのものに交換。
リア変速にのびるケーブルの削り出しガイドをチェーンステー下に設け、変速ケーブルのラインを整え、変速性能を上げています。リア変速機の下プーリーの中にはプラスチックの滑車が仕込まれており、静音に貢献しています。
ブレーキパッドは全て最新の物に交換。あわせて船につながるネジ他を削り出して製作。

"C.S.HIROSE Museum" is a fictional museum that exists only on the Internet. Introducing Mr.Hirose's works. Mr.Hirose is a bicycle builder who keeps making custom-made bicycles for half century. He is a craftsman who has explored the theory of bicycle production by himself and has excellent original tools and theories.

This channel is covered, filmed, edited and updated solely by Tatsuro Inagaki, who is one of Hirose's customers. For several years until March 2020, Tatsuro has been an assistant in addition to interviewing.
Anyway this is a voluntary channel of the individual, and is not produced by the store for publicity purposes. Tatsuro have permission and cooperation from Hirose, but have not received any production costs. It depends only on the number of views.
