Bismillahirrahmanirrahiim
Di video kali ini, Yangty bikin cupcake dengan adonan dasar sponge cake, sehingga cakenya lebih lembut, empuk, halus dan menul-menul. Secara tekstur, cakenya lebih mirip ke Ogura gitu ya. Dengan bahan yang sederhana, kita bisa bikin cake kualitas bakery! Cobain yuk ;)

Jumlah sajian : 24 cup kecil (diameter bawah: 3,8cm) atau 10 cup besar (hexagon, diameter dalam: 5cm)

Bahan:
40 ml Susu Cair
30 ml Minyak
55 gr Terigu Protein Rendah (40 gr Protein Sedang + 15 gr Maizena)
Secubit Garam
3 Kuning Telur
3 Putih Telur
1/4 sdt Cream of Tartar (1 gr Perasan Lemon)
45 gr Gula Pasir
Buttercream atau Cheese Filling Secukupnya (Yangty beli yang sudah siap pakai agar lebih praktis)

Servings : 24 small cups (bottom diameter: 3,8cm), or 10 large cups (hexagon, inner diameter: 5cm)

Ingredients:
40 ml Milk
30 ml Vegetable Oil
55 gr Cake Flour (40 gr AP Flour + 15 gr Cornstarch)
A Pinch of Salt
3 Egg Yolks
3 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar (1 gr Lemon Juice)
45 gr Granulated Sugar
Buttercream atau Cheese Filling as needed (I used store-bought cream for practicality)
