POTATO SOUP:
1 pkg Bear Creek Soup Mix
1 can diced potatoes, drained
salt and pepper to taste

Make soup according to package directions, but add the can of diced potatoes and salt and pepper...optional.

VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP:
1 family pack beef stew meat
8 cups beef broth
2 cans diced potatoes, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can black eye peas, drained
1 can carrots, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to your pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 3 hours.

Place all ingredients into your pot
