The takoyaki are crispy on the outside and melty on the inside, with a dashi broth, a large octopus, and are cooked slowly and exquisitely!
Kana, the younger sister, wanted to open a takoyaki shop someday while working as an office worker, and at the age of 26, she saw the dignified appearance of "Shikizakura," cherry blossoms that bloom in November in the mountainous area of Toyota City. He decided to name his restaurant "Shiki Sakura" so that he would not forget the feelings he had at that time.
It has been four years since he opened a stall at pachinko parlors and shopping centers mainly in Aichi Prefecture, and in his fifth year, he decided to open the store of his dreams.
In addition to takeout, there is also a terrace in front of the store where customers can enjoy freshly prepared food on sunny days.
Since the mobile sales will be suspended for a while, we caught up with him for a day at "Playland Castle Atsuta" in Atsuta Ward, Nagoya City. We asked him about his dream.
