Ingredients:
14 grams of yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
30 ml of oil
400 ml of lukewarm water
5 cups of flour (approximately 100-120 grams per cup, total around 500-600 grams)
Instructions:
Activate the Yeast:

In a small bowl, combine 400 ml of lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 14 grams of yeast. Stir gently and let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
Mix the Dough:

In a large mixing bowl, combine 5 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, and pour in the activated yeast and water mixture, along with 30 ml of oil.
Knead the Dough:

Stir the mixture until it forms a rough dough. Once combined, transfer it to a lightly floured surface.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, gradually add a little more flour, but avoid adding too much.
First Rise:

Lightly grease a large bowl with oil and place the dough in it. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape the Dough:

After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air.
Divide the dough into two equal portions.
Shape each portion into large loaves. You can roll the dough out and then fold it over to create a seam, which helps the bread keep its shape.
Place each loaf onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Second Rise:

Cover the shaped loaves with a kitchen towel and let them rise again for about 30-45 minutes until they have puffed up.
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Bake the Bread:

Using a sharp knife, score the tops of the loaves with a few diagonal cuts.
Bake the loaves in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
You can also mist the oven with water or place a small dish of water in the oven to create steam, which will give the loaves a nice crust.
Cool the Bread:

Once the bread is baked, transfer it to a cooling rack and allow it to cool before slicing.
🌟 Tips for Success:

Use lukewarm water to activate the yeast—too hot, and it could kill the yeast.
Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic; this ensures a good texture.
Let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free area for the best results.
